The Roger Oates Shetland Collection uses the finest wools from the Shetland Islands, the most northerly of the British Isles. The wools are untreated, making these stair-runners eco-friendly, and giving them a genuinely natural colour and feel. The Sudbury range of Shetland stair-runners includes two colourways featuring undyed rib and herringbone stripes, both available in 60cm and 70cm widths.

Over 25 years of experience has taught us there’s no substitute for seeing, handling and inspecting products first hand. That’s why we’d encourage you to come into our showroom in Camberley, Surrey to help with your decision – as the majority of our customers do.
Not only can you view your shortlisted carpets, wood flooring, stair runners or other products on location, you can also talk to our expert team who are there to talk you through your options and recommend products that will suit your individual needs, schedule and, of course, budget.
Our showroom team are on hand to help you select the perfect flooring for your home. With detailed knowledge of all our wood flooring, carpets, laminates and luxury vinyl tiles that is second to none; we’ll give you ideas and recommendations based on understanding what you need and that you’re looked for.
Roger Oates varies depending on stock levels and scheduled production runs which in some cases can be up to 22 weeks.

Our comprehensive fitting service includes a free home survey. Your new stair runner will be installed by our own in-house team of highly-skilled and trained fitters.
For our bespoke taped carpet runners, they will consult with you to ensure the runner meets with your expectations in terms of width and finish. All our installation work is backed by a five-year guarantee for your peace of mind.

For regular cleaning of Roger Oates and Fleetwood Fox stair runners we recommend using a suction only attachment on your vacuum cleaner.
We can protect your runner with Intec stain protection which will help keep your runner looking new for longer. Place a good quality barrier matting at the entrance to remove dirt before it becomes a problem. Never scrub or rub the weave. If you notice a dirty or muddy mark leave it to dry and it should simply vacuum out the next day. For more troublesome stains contact us for further information on how to remove.
Your order gets sent straight to our sample centre where it's picked and packed for free delivery. All orders should arrive within 7 working days.
