Riverside Twist is available in 4 & 5 metre widths and is suitable for under floor heating. Includes our luxury grade underlay. Suitable for Living Rooms, Dining Rooms and Bedrooms. Over 25 years of experience has taught us there’s no substitute for seeing, handling and inspecting products first hand. That’s why we’d encourage you to come into our showroom in Camberley, Surrey to help with your decision – as the majority of our customers do.
Not only can you view your shortlisted carpets, wood flooring, stair runners or other products on location, you can also talk to our expert team who are there to talk you through your options and recommend products that will suit your individual needs, schedule and, of course, budget.
Our showroom team are on hand to help you select the perfect flooring for your home. With detailed knowledge of all our wood flooring, carpets, laminates and luxury vinyl tiles that is second to none; we’ll give you ideas and recommendations based on understanding what you need and that you’re looked for.
Most of our carpets can be supplied within 2-4 weeks, however this can be longer as suppliers are still suffering due to the pandemic. If timing is crucial, please contact us to check availability prior to ordering.
Some products could take longer due to stock levels. If there is a delay we will update you with a new time schedule.

Higherground’s comprehensive fitting service includes a free home survey. All of our carpets are installed by our own in-house team of highly skilled fitters.
Our comprehensive installation service includes moving and replacing your furniture, removing all waste, and disposing of it responsibly in our own facility, and leaving your room fully cleaned and vacuumed. We offer a door-trimming service to ensure your doors swing freely over your new flooring. All our installation work is backed by a five-year guarantee for your peace of mind.

Each carpet has slightly different care instructions, however regular vacuuming and periodical cleaning will prolong the life of your new carpet.
Invest in a good quality vacuum cleaner but be sure to check that it is suitable for the carpet it will be used for. Using the wrong cleaner on some loop piled carpets can cause them to pill and bobble which can cause an unsightly look. We can protect wool carpets with Intec stain protection which will help keep them looking new for longer. Place a good quality barrier matting at the entrance to remove dirt before it becomes a problem. Never scrub or rub the pile. If you notice a dirty or muddy mark leave it to dry and it should simply vacuum out the next day. For more troublesome stains contact us for further information on how to remove.
Your order gets sent straight to our sample centre where it's picked and packed for free delivery. All orders should arrive within 7 working days.
