He wasn't just trying to sell me something and get me out the door but helped with options on what was going to be a statement piece as you entered the front door. We went with a bold striped runner from Roger Oates. When we got to the fitting, Ben could not have been more professional. He clearly takes pride in his work and explained what was being done, how he'd avoid cracks on the stairs being caused by the fitting etc. Excellent job all round.”
